This is a large lounge with recently refurbished furniture and decoration. The new look room is set up for multiple purposes. The room can be divided with floor to ceiling partitioning to give two meeting rooms or events rooms. The one end contains the darts boards and Dart Section's set up for matches and social play. The other end of the room has a ceiling fixed 56” TV for sports events, including SKY Sports . The room also accommodates a pool table and pinball machine. There is flexible seating for 80 people and it is near to the bar facilities in the adjacent lounge through doors that link the rooms but also provide privacy.

 

The room is available for private events and is smaller than the nearby Somerville function room. It can be used in conjunction with the main room for large events or for breaks in formal events to allow the Function room to be cleaned and reset for a disco or informal reception party that follows on from a daytime formal wedding reception.
