 Please discuss with us your planned event and we will confirm prices to you.


Main Function Room
(Seats 120, or 200 standing )
  • ​A function room with private bar. Completely separate entrance.

  • An adjacent private room for catering (included in price).

  • Access to outside grounds, and ample car parking.

  • Table layouts to suit your event.

  • Dance floor, a stage set up if requested, and a choice of areas for a DJ and disco or live music.

Widney Lounge

(Seats 80, or 100 standing)​

A room ideal for smaller events:-

  • Featuring an optional partition to split or reduce the room size, to enhance privacy.

  • The floor is part carpeted  and has a dance floor area with dicsco lighting if required and has been tastefully decorated and furnished for event use.

  • Access is via the Members' club lounge and drinks are served from the Members' lounge bar.


Meeting Rooms​

There are 3 meeting room areas:

  • M1 seats 50 or 70 standing

  • M2 seats 30 or 45 standing


PLEASE NOTE - all hourly charges are subject to a minimum charge of 3 hours which includes the room set up and final cleaning charges. The charge will be applied unless negotiated separately as part of a repeat booking - we are open to agreeing the best price for regular bookings and happy to discuss scheduled bookings for your organisations or events.
